The key goal of the Faculty of Leadership Development and Management is to improve the management and leadership capability of personnel engaged in the field of education. This is achieved by full-time and part-time professional development courses ranging from Masters to Diploma level in Education Management and School Administration.

It is indeed an honor to be part of a key faculty, responsible for training the country’s education leaders, and equipping them with management competencies needed for transformational leadership and ethical educators. The faculty oversees many in-house training programs, certification courses, and postgraduate qualifications targeted at both local and overseas educational leadership. The training courses are designed to provide core education management competencies and a mindset necessary for sustainable development for School Principals, Heads of Departments, Superintendents, and Administrators. Through this endeavor, we believe that our education system will be equipped with great leadership to support the new educational reforms catering to the 21st- century educational challenges and demands of a fast-paced educational system.
